We are currently do not offer exchanges or offer any returns or refunds on unwanted items. An order may be considered for a return or refund if you receive an item that is damaged or not the product which you have ordered. If the item is an electronic product and has a manufacturing defect, it may fall under manufacturer's warranty to which we will be able to replace the item for you, as long as stock is available or issue you a refund or credit note.
All items eligible for refunds/returns as instated above must be returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund or a return with credit note. Items must be returned in their original packaging. If you are eligible for a refund, the refund will include the original order value only.
Please note below our process for claiming any return or refund (or exchange in case of a beauty tool) for any defective item:
- Email to be sent to email@example.com with details of order number, contact name and number, and images of defective product(s) and images of the package.
- A member of our team will contact you within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- We offer a FREE pre-paid returns service on all UAE orders. You will receive a pre-printed address label with your order.
- If you are returning from outside of the UAE, we will cover the shipping and handling fees of only the returned item.
