How to return - UAE

Step 1

Contact Customer Service if you wish to arrange an exchange or a return. You will receive an email within 48hrs confirming receipt of your request along with instructions on how to return your package.

Step 2

Pack up your return in the original Boxich packaging (or equivalent) to ensure safety protection of items in transit.

Step 3

Attach the pre-printed address label to your package, from the shipping document that came with your order.

Step 4

Please use our FREE returns service by contacting the number that will be provided to you in the returns instruction email. Please request a 'proof of return' receipt and keep it safe until we have confirmed that your returns have arrived.  

How to return - International

Step 1

Contact Customer Service if you wish to arrange an exchange or a return. You will receive an email within 48hrs confirming receipt of your request along with instructions on how to return your package.

Step 2

Pack up your return in the original Boxich packaging (or equivalent) to ensure safety protection of items in transit.

Step 3

Boxich does not offer free international returns, you can select your preferred courier. Please choose a fully tracked service and keep a copy of your receipt.

Step 4

We will process a refund within 7-10 business days from receipt of your items, provided that they are in their original conditions, unopened and with all original packaging still included.  

What happens if I receive an incorrect product/order?

If you have received the wrong product or parcel, please contact Customer Services through email or through direct chat ensuring you provide and include the information below: - the email address you used to place your order - your order number - details of the item(s) missing from your order a clear picture of the invoice and products received. 

Receiving Your Refund

Once we have received your package at our facility, providing the items have been returned in a re-saleable condition your refund will be issued without delay. Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method. This can take up to 10 days to show on your statement from the time of issue. Please be aware that this varies by bank and payment methods. If your card has expired since placing the order, please contact Boxich Customer Service to make alternative arrangements.

Returning Hazmat Items

Please ensure that you retain the original Boxich (or similar) packaging to return your item to us, to ensure the correct labelling is displayed and the package is appropriately handled by the courier. Hazmat items are marked with a UN number on the shipment paperwork that comes with your order.
