Gua Sha (the eastern botox) is a treatment/therapy technique that involves pulling rose quartz stone along the skin, and as this is done the skin layers are stimulated to reduce puffiness, promote anti-aging, flush out tissues via lymphatic drainage and much more. How to use

Cleanse face and hand, apply an enriching facial oil. Warm the Gua Sha by rubbing it between hands, sweep the neck on both sides, chin, cheeks and forehead. Very gently sweep under eye, add more serum if required. Sweep over the eyebrows towards the hairline, between the eyes into the third eye and from the middle of the forehead towards the hairline. Repeat on the other side of the face.
